Task: Design and production supervision of a Europe-wide roadshow to present the new terminal and Germany’s new deepwater port JadeWeserPort.

Execution: The event planning firm ZELFMADE developed a compact and flexible roadshow setup to emphasise the importance of Germany’s only deepwater port for the global logistics industry. The idea included the development and definition of the event design, to searching for locations and checking venues, to the detailed planning of the set constructions, the event technology and the transport logistics. Finally, the ZELFMADE team was entrusted with the control and monitoring of all venues and trade units – from the Netherlands to Germany to Switzerland.
