Customer: EUROGATE Group

Location: Bremen

Participants: Approx. 3500 employees

Task: Carrying out the biennial staff party as an exclusive "Dance into May" event, from online-based participant management through to post-processing.

Realization: ZELFMADE conceived a sophisticated room-in-room design over a space of 15.000 qm, which simultaneously provided room for exuberant partying and interesting talks. Huge, movable light cubes, brand-suited audiovisual content and special effects created the desired ambience for this grand corporate event.
